We Have Moved!!

We have moved from our old location at 15 Harwood Court to our new, bigger space at 862 Scarsdale Ave, Lower Level, Scarsdale NY 10583!

Come see our new space! While finishing touches are still being made, our new location has several new features that the older space was not able to offer.

We have an outdoor elevator! This fantastic feature was a prominent reason for choosing this location. While the main entrance has 6 steps instead of the previous 22, it also has an elevator options that gently lowers you down to the lower level entrance…no steps required! Just give us a call and we have the key and assistance if needed (914) 725-2170.

Now 2 studios available for exercise! Expanding the class capacity was the original plan, but given the “new normal” situation this extra space comes in handy for social distancing while using equipment or working one -on-one with our instructors.

Quieter, more private massage and reflexology space! With double the sound proofing in the walls, the new space offers a more private and relaxing atmosphere.

Outdoor Patio area! Whether you are waiting for your appointment, picking up someone, or looking for a place to relax and chat with a friend, the outdoor space is a wonderful feature when weather is permitting.
